We've taken a traditional Italian dish and converted it to a next level sandwich. Vitello Tonnato is a famous Italian dish of thinly sliced veal with a tuna sauce, served cool often with boiled potatoes and always topped with pickles. We decided to make the tuna sauce (Tonnato) and couple it with pork, pickled onions on delicious bread and voila the Pork Tonnato Sandwich.
