Butter & Sage
Pictured here with our Traditional gnocchi.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons salted butter
6 large fresh sage leaves (and a few more for garnish)
Instructions:
Melt the butter slowly on low heat until brown. It should be a rich, caramel color and have a nutty aroma.
Once the butter is beautifully brown, add the fresh sage leaves and let infuse for about 5 minutes.
Use on pasta or gnocchi. Add Parmesan cheese for extra flavor!
