Cold Brew Zabaglione
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 cup cold brew
Instructions:
Place the egg and sugar into a bowl and using a spoon (or electric mixer), stir until you've reached a pale yellow color and the egg mixture is thickened.
Pour the egg mixture into a serving glass and then add the cold brew.
Eat with a spoon or drink!
