Pici Pasta
Ingredients:
300 grams of flour
150 grams tepid water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients and knead into ball. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Once the dough is rested, cut into small pieces and roll into individual noodles. Roll as thin as you can get them.
Cook in salted boiling water for about 10-14 minutes until done.
Drain and add your favorite sauce.
