Pici Pasta
- 300 grams
- 150 grams tepid water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
Combine and knead into ball. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Cut into small pieces and roll into individual noodles as thin as you can get them.
Cook in salted boiling water for about 10-14 minutes until done.
Drain and add your favorite sauce.
