Lemon Honey Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut into quarters

1 shallot, sliced thinly into rings

2 tablespoons Stella's Table Lemon Honey Jelly  

1 teaspoon Stella's Table Sea Salt Essential Blend

Stella's Table Pepper Essential Blend

Olive oil

Instructions:

Place the trimmed and quartered Brussels sprouts and shallots into a bowl.  Drizzle with olive oil.  Add the Lemon Honey Jelly and the Essential Sea Salt.  Stir until fully combined. 

Place on a cookie sheet and make sure spread out so the Brussels sprouts cook and not steam. 

Place in a 375-degree oven for about 20 minutes or until crispy and tender. 

Once removed from the oven, sprinkle with Essential Pepper.
