Irish Citrus Gold Cocktail
Makes 1 large or 2 small cocktails.
Ingredients:
2 ounces Whiskey
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 egg white
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 ounce Lemon Honey Jelly
1 teaspoon Stella's Table Citrus Sea Salt
Ice
Instructions:
Pour whiskey, triple sec, egg white, lemon juice and lemon honey jelly in dry shaker. Shake until well combined.
Add ice and shake vigorously until foamy.
Pour through strained lid of shaker and through fine mesh strainer.
Top with our Citrus Sea Salt GOLD!
