Lemon Garlic Chicken Picatta
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
2 T capers
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 C white wine
2 T butter, divided
2 T olive oil
2 T corn starch
2 T flour
1 t lemon garlic sea salt
Instructions:
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise.
Mix flour, corn starch and lemon garlic sea salt on a plate. Lightly dredge the chicken breasts.
Heat the olive oil and 1 T of butter in a skillet.
