Lemon Garlic Chicken Picatta
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
2 tablespoons of capers
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of white wine
2 tablespoons of butter, divided
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of corn starch
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of Stella's Table Lemon Garlic Sea Salt
Instructions:
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise.
Mix flour, corn starch and lemon garlic sea salt on a plate and then lightly dredge the chicken breasts.
Heat the olive oil and 1 T of butter in a skillet.
