Fresh Pesto Marinara
Ingredients
3 cups fresh basil, loosely packed
2 teaspoons Stella's Table Marinara Sea Salt
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup roasted pine nuts
3 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon Stella's Table Pepper Essential Blend
1-2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except tomatoes) into a blender and mix until everything comes together to form a smooth texture. Use right away, keep in the refrigerator up to a week or in the freezer much longer.
For pasta, we recommend farfalle or spaghetti. Follow the directions on your favorite store-bought brand and make sure to salt your water like the sea. When pasta is finished, add pesto and a little extra Parmesan. Add tomtoes, toss and serve. Delicious hot or cold!
