Figs in a Blanket

Ingredients:

1 pack crescent rolls  - 8 rolls

8 slices (about 3 ounces) Prosciutto

2 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese

 

1 tablespoon Stella's Table Fig Jam

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350-degrees

Mix Mascarpone and fig jam together.

Spread a thin layer of the Mascarpone mixture on one side of the flat crescent dough.

Add prosciutto and roll up starting with thick side first. Follow cooking directions for the crescent rolls.

Bake until golden brown. 

Serve warm!
