Figs in a Blanket! A comfort HARVEST appetizer that's familiar to the eye with a new twist and taste. Make sure to make enough because these sweet/savory delights will ROLL off of the plate.
1 pack crescent rolls - 8 rolls
8 slices (about 3 oz) Prosciutto
2 Tbsp Mascarpone
1 Tbsp Fig Jam
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix Mascarpone and Fig Jam together.
Spread thin layer on Mascarpone mixture on one side of the flat crescent dough.
Add prosciutto and roll up with thick side first. Follow cooking directions of crescent rolls.
Bake at 350 until golden brown.
