The Stella 1931 Cocktail

For each cocktail:

• 1.5 ounce Gin
• 1.5 Ounce Next Level Apricot Jam
• Prosecco

Add the gin and jam to a cocktail shaker.  Add a few ice cubes.  Shake well and pour into a Champagne glass.  Fill the rest of the way with Prosecco.  Enjoy!
