Stella's Table Chopped Salad with Essential Vinaigrette


1 medium shallot, finely chopped

1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon Stella's Table Sea Salt Essential Blend

1/2 teaspoon Stella's Table Pepper Essential Blend

1 romaine heart, quartered lengthwise and then chopped into 1/2" pieces

8 ounces snap peas, trimmed and sliced

1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced

4 medium Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 small head of radicchio, cut crosswise and then cut into 1/2" pieces

6 ounces crumbled feta cheese

1/8 cup dill fronds, chopped finely


In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, lemon zest, salt and pepper to create the vinaigrette.  Whisk until combined. 

To the same bowl, add the remaining ingredients.  

Toss and enjoy! 

Serves 4-6
