Stella's Dirty Martini Dip

Ingredients:
6 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 cup sour cream
5.5 ounces crumbled Blue Cheese
6 ounce jar pitted Castelvetrano Olives
1/4 cup vodka (optional)
1 tablespoon olive brine from olive jar
1/2 cup minced green onions or chives
1 tablespoon Stella's Table Lemon Garlic Sea Salt
Stella's Table Pepper Essential Blend
Instructions:
Chop the chives and set aside. Then, chop the olives (leaving a few whole for garnish).
Using a hand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, half the Blue Cheese, the seasonings, the olive brine, and the vodka.
Once the above is fully blended, fold in the olives, the chives, and the remaining Blue Cheese. We recommend making several hours or even overnight before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Garnish with whole olives stuffed with Blue Cheese.
Serve with crackers, crostini, or a crudités. Also serve in a martini glass for some extra cuteness!
