Lemon Honey Pear Baked Brie
Ingredients:
1 wheel of Brie
1 pear, thinly sliced
2 to 3 tablespoons of Stella's Table Lemon Honey Jelly
Handful of pecans, chopped
Stella's Table Sea Salt Essential Blend to sprinkle top if desired.
Instructions:
Pre-heat your oven to 375-degrees.
Place the Brie on parchment paper in a pie plate or a covered oven-proof dish.
Top with pear slices in a wheel formation. Heat the lemon jelly until loose in consistency and then drizzle over the pears. Sprinkle with the pecans.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the Brie is soft and melted.
Once out of the oven, drizzle with more lemon honey jelly and if desired, sea salt.
Serve warm and with crackers or sliced baguette.
