APS Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

3 avocados

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 to 1 tablespoon of Stella's Table Lemon Garlic Sea Salt (to taste)

6 slices sourdough country style bread

Stella's Table Apricot Peach Spice Jam 

Instructions:

Mash the avocados in a bowl. Add the lime juice and lemon garlic sea salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.  

Cut your bread into 1/2" slices. Toast the bread in a frying pan using olive oil. 

Spread the avocado mixture onto each slice of bread and then add 1 tablespoon of apricot peach jam on top.
