Smoked Spice Steak Bites with Lemon Garlic Table Guacamole

Ingredients:

1 pound flank steak

1 tablespoon Stella's Table Smoked Spice Sea Salt

3 avocados

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 to 1 tablespoon of Stella's Table Lemon Garlic Sea Salt (to taste)

1/4 cup queso cheese

Instructions:

Rub the smoked spice sea salt onto the flank steak. For best taste, ideally let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. If you can't, try to let it sit for an hour. If you refrigerated the meat, let it come to room temperature before you cook.

Cook the steak on a hot grill or frying pan and cook to your desired temperature. Once done, slice thinly and then cut to fit the plantain cracker. 

For the guacamole, mash the avocados. Add the lime juice and lemon garlic sea salt. Mix until thoroughly combined. Place the avocado pit in the guacamole and place plastic wrap over (ensure it touches the guacamole) the bowl if not serving immediately.

To prepare as an appetizer, place a piece of flank steak on the plantain, a dollop of guacamole on the steak, and a sprinkle of queso cheese. 

This is great as an appetizer using plantain chips or as a meal.
