Heart of Palm Porcini Greens

Ingredients:

1 can of heart of palms, drained & sliced

1 cup crushed tomatoes

3 cups of greens (you can use escarole, field greens, chard, etc.)

1 clove minced garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Stella's Table Porcini Sea Salt

Red pepper flakes

Parmesan cheese

Instructions: 

Warm the olive oil in a skillet and then add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 

Add the crushed tomatoes and the hearts of palm. Stir and then add the Porcini Sea Salt. Once combined, add the greens and stir until the greens are wilted. 

Finish with a sprinkling of red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese.
