Pasta Orto (Garden Pasta)

 

Serving Size: 2-4

Ingredients:

10 ounces Fava Laccetti (or 10 ounces of your favorite pasta)

1 large bunch of cherry tomatoes, halved

Large bunch of basil and small bunch of Thai basil - Chiffonade

1-2 garlic cloves, minced

1-2 teaspoons Marinara Sea Salt

2-4 tablespooons olive oil

Parmesan cheese to taste

Instructions:

Boil pasta per instructions - make sure your water is salted so that it tastes like the sea

While the pasta cooks, in a separate bowl, add the finely chopped garlic, cut tomatoes, basil, Marinara Sea Salt, and half of the olive oil.

Once pasta is ready, strain and immediately add to the bowl with all the ingredients. Stir and add olive oil and Parmesan to taste.

Serve and enjoy.
