Pasta Orto (Garden Pasta)
Serving Size: 2-4
10 oz Fava Laccetti (or 10-12 oz of your favorite pasta)
1 large bunch of cherry tomatoes or 1 large tomato
Large bunch of basil and small bunch of Thai basil - Chiffonade
1-2 garlic cloves
1-2 tsp Marinara Sea Salt
2-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Parmesan to taste
1. Boil pasta per instructions - make sure your water is salted like the sea
2. While the pasta cooks, in a separate bowl, add the finely chopped garlic, cut tomatoes, basil, Marinara Sea Salt, and half of the olive oil.
3. Once pasta is ready, strain and immediately add to the bowl with all the ingredients. Stir and add olive oil and parmesan to taste.
4. Serve and enjoy.
