Lois' Best Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Fresh Cranberries
- 12 oz. Fresh Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Honey Jelly
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring orange juice to a boil and add sugar and Lemon Honey Jelly and mix.
2. Add cranberries and let cook until done, about 3-4 minutes, until about half of the cranberries pop.
3. Add the raspberries and walnuts, cool and serve.
