Form the dough into whatever shape you would like. Spread the fig jam on the dough leaving about 1/2" rim. Spread olive oil lightly on the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the fig jam. Bake on 475 degrees for 6-10 minutes depending on your oven and your desire of doneness. Out of the oven, immediately place the prosciutto pieces across the whole pizza. Add the dressed arugula (mix with the rest of the olive oil and vinegar with a dash of salt to taste). Shave fresh parmesan to the top and enjoy.
