Di Noci Lemon Garlic Mixed Nuts

Had such a great time with Amy G. This quick and easy recipe is a fan favorite.
Ingredients:
2 cups raw mixed nuts (we use cashews, almonds and sometimes pecans but pick what you like best)
2 teaspoons Stella's Table Lemon Garlic Sea Salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees
Put nuts in mixing bowl and add salt and olive oil.
Evenly distribute onto a baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until cashews turn a light golden brown. You can mix them at 10 minutes to ensure all sides are browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Store in an airtight container/
