- 1 loaf of sourdough bread or your favorite rustic bakery loaf
- ⅛ cup of a cup (2-3 tablespoons) of good olive oil. Use more if desired.
- 1 tablespoon of Stella's Table Salt Essential Blend
- 2 teaspoons of Stella's Table Pepper Essential Blend
Cut the bread into cubes. Place in a large bowl and add olive oil. Toss to coat the bread thoroughly. Add the salt and pepper and mix to evenly coat the bread. Spread out evenly on a baling sheet. Bake at 425° F for 10-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
To have you croutons keep their crunch longer, bake them for an additional hour at 200° F.
