Citrus Basil Gimlet
Makes 2 cocktails
Ingredients:
2 limes, juiced
1 ounce simple syrup
2-4 ounces of gin
8 large basil leaves
Garnish:
Basil leaves
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
With a paper towel, wipe the remaining drops of simple syrup (or lime juice) around the rim of the two martini glasses and dip into the Stella's Table Citrus Sea Salt.
Pour into glasses and finish with a sprig of basil.
