Chef's Garden Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:
4 slices country french bread
2 cans tuna fish - all white albacore
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Stella's Table Lemon Garlic Sea Salt
Handful of Chef's Blend Micro Greens (If you can't find the Chef's blend, you can also use Micro Arugula)
Instructions:
Drain tuna fish into bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise and Lemon Garlic Sea Salt.
Toast the bread and evenly distribute tuna onto bread.
Place Micro Greens on top, and put other piece of bread on top. Serve with Terra chips.
