Chef's Garden Tuna Sandwich


4 Slices Country French Bread (We used Della Fattoria's Meyer Lemon & Rosemary) toasted

2 Cans Tuna Fish - All White Albacore

1/4 Cup Mayo 

2 tsps Di Mare Lemon Garlic Sea Salt

Handful of Chef's Blend Micro Greens (If you can't find the Chef's blend, you can also use Micro Arugula)


1. Drain tuna fish into bowl. Mix mayo and Lemon Garlic Sea Salt into it.
2. Toast Bread and evenly distribute tuna onto bread.
3. Place Micro Greens on top, and put other piece of bread on top. Serve with Terra chips.
