Stella's Quick Satay Sauce and Salad Dressing

For the Satay Sauce

• 4 ounces of crunchy peanut butter
• 2 ounces of Stella's Table Apricot Peach Spice Jam
• 1 ounce Soy Sauce

Mix together and set half the mixture aside for the Salad Dressing.

For the Salad Dressing

To half the Satay Sauce above add:

• 2 ounces of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 ounces of red wine vinegar

A great and easy sauce for anytime dinner!
