Stella's Affogato

Ingredients:

Vanilla ice cream (good quality)

Espresso 

Stella's Table Lemon Honey Jelly

Stella's Table Sea Salt Essential Blend

Instructions:

In a mug, cup, cocktail glass or whatever you choose, place one large scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center. 

Top the ice cream with one to two shots of hot espresso, 1 teaspoon of Lemon Honey Jelly and a sprinkle of Sea Salt.  Serve immediately for the most delicious joy!
