Roasted Herb Peach Salsa

Ingredients:

2 large yellow peaches, washed

1 teaspoon Stella's Table Herb, Essential Blend

Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. 

Dice the peaches into 1/4" to 1/2" squares.  Place in a bowl. 

Add the herb seasoning and then drizzle with oil until peaches coated, approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons. 

Roast for 10 to 15 minutes or until the peaches are soft. 

Enjoy with our tilapia fish recipe, over ice cream or on crostini.
