Lemon Honey Apple Sauce


  • 4 pounds of apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of water
  • ¼ cup of Stella's Table Lemon Honey Jelly


Put the cut apples in a pot or dutch oven. Add water and Lemon Honey Jelly. Simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes or until apples break down. Make sure to check and stir often.  Blend with an immersion blender or regular mixer. Serve warm or cold. Yummy!
