Insalata di Tonno
Ingredients:
1 5-ounce can of tuna in olive oil, drained
1 Persian cucumber, diced
1 green onion, diced
4 to 5 Kalamata olives, sliced
4 to 5 sprigs of Italian parsley, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon Stella's Table Herb Essential Blend
A pinch of Stella's Table Sea Salt Essential Blend
1 to 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Instructions:
1) Place tuna, diced cucumber, diced green onion, sliced olives and chopped Italian parsley in a bowl. Mix together.
2) Add the Stella's Table Herb and Sea Salt Essential Blends. Mix together.
3) Add the olive oil and vinegar. Mix until all combined.
