Funghi di Mare
Serving Size: 2-4
10 oz. Cremini Mushrooms sliced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Butter
1/2 tsp Lemon Garlic Sea Salt (or more to taste)
1. Add olive oil and butter to fry pan and heat on medium.
2. Add mushrooms so they are not bunched together but separated out.
3. Let brown on one side, flip and let brown on other side.
4. Season with Lemon Garlic Sea Salt and garnish with fresh Parsley if desired.
