Funghi di Mare

Serving Size: 2-4
Ingredients:
10 ounces Cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Garlic Sea Salt (or more to taste)
Instructions:
Add olive oil and butter to frying pan and heat on medium.
Add mushrooms so they are separated. You do not want to place too many in the frying pan as they will then steam instead of brown.
Let brown on one side, flip and let brown on other side.
Season with Lemon Garlic Sea Salt and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
