Citrus Sea Bass

Citrus Sea Bass


  • 1 fillet of sea bass
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Stella's Table Citrus Sea Salt (amount depends on size of fillet.  You want the fillet to be well-crusted).
  • Stella's Table Essential Pepper Blend - to taste. 
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Garnish:  lemon and orange slices


Coat the top of the fillet with the Citrus Sea Salt (ensure it is well-crusted).  Add the olive oil to a skillet.  Once hot, add the sea bass fillet, skin side down.  Once there is a good sear on the bottom of the fillet a the bottom part of the fillet is white, place a lid onto the skillet. Cook until done, about 3 to 5 minutes depending on the size of the fillet. Once plated, sprinkle the zest of the lemon on the top of the fillet and garnish with the lemon and orange slices.
